Stacey finds constant inspiration in life on the go, her creativity a direct result of the world around her. When struck by an idea, it's not long before she has composed copy to accompany it. Her words are her vision.

She began her career as a magazine editor, writing about entertainment and nightlife in Los Angeles. From there, she moved to Manhattan for a position writing for a men's fashion magazine. Stacey then discovered she was equally talented in the art of marketing copywriting. She focused her attention on luxury lifestyle brands and upscale travel destinations, creating a niche market for herself. Publishing, however, was always waiting in the wings. Soon she was contributing interviews and articles on fashion, beauty and industry leaders to national and local publications. Too passionate about both to choose just one, today Stacey does it all, working as a freelance magazine editor and marketing copywriter.

Stacey has written for ELLE, Condé Nast Traveler, Essence and Z!NK, to name a few. Men.Style.com, Wired.com and Epicurious.com also appear on her resume, and clients include American Express, Chanel, Brooks Brothers and Liz Claiborne Inc. Additionally, she has created websites for leading companies including Monet jewelry, Go Pretty and Web-design studio Mars Design.

Stacey received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Print Journalism from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Her copy editing skills were honed at NYU's School of Continuing and Professional Studies.

Stacey's first professional writing assignment was interviewing The Black Crowes for The Wisconsin State Journal as a college sophomore. Today she is working on her first book, a collection of essays. Stacey grew up in Westchester and currently resides in Manhattan.
